Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note that purchases are sent out from our warehouses by logistics service providers with good reputations. After we receive your order, typically, please allow the following
number of days for delivery.

Domestic orders: Within 3-5 days from purchase.

International Orders: International orders take 10-12 business days to be delivered.

Costs of shipping

Domestic Orders: When you spend INR 1000 or more, we'll ship your order anywhere within India for free. For orders of less than INR 1000, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For International Orders: Free shipping for all international orders above USD 200. For orders under USD 200, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

K MOR DESIGN LLP (Brand: PURPLE SAGE) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the
courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to
the courier company or postal authorities as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
