Cancellation &  Refund Policy


K MOR DESIGN LLP (Brand: Purple Sage) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made to us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@purplesage.in. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.


Returns and Refunds


We hope you love your Purple Sage purchase! Every piece is carefully crafted and takes weeks to cure before it is packed. However, damaged or defective pieces will be replaced by an identical item. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be offered in the original form of payment.


Exchanges can only take place twice, we are entitled to refuse exchanges after that.


A return cannot be made because of variations from images on website or imperfections. With handcrafted products, variations in form, color, and finish are normal.


We take great effort to carefully pack our products to protect it from damage while in transportation. After arrival, if you find your product is damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours and send a photo of the problem to hello@purplesage.in. Someone from our team will then recommend the best course of action, which may include a replacement or store credit. 

Once a return is accepted, the refund turnaround time can take in between 7-10 working days.


How Exchange works: 

  •  To process an exchange, send us an email at hello@purplesage.in and our team will confirm your exchange request via email.
  • Exchange requests are only considered if sent within 7 days. In the email confirming your exchange request, you will receive the address to which you have to ship the product back. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and ship the new product to you which will be delivered within the next 5-7 business days.

Please note, that all products should be returned in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. 


How Returns work:

  • If you wish to return a product bought, we will be happy to provide a store credit to buy something else on the website. We do not offer refunds due to the time, labor, and effort that go into the making of every product.
  • In the email confirming your return request, you will receive the address to which you have to ship the product back. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the product after which you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted and we will send a store credit to buy something else. There is no validity for it. 

There is no expiry period for store credit.


Please note, that all products should be returned in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. 


Post 30 days, no exchange or return will be entertained.


Can I return Sale items? What if it was a gift?


Sale items cannot be returned. We understand that buying Sale items is a commitment, so if you have any questions, please reach out to Customer Care before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as gifts still apply to our ‘Sale’ policy and cannot be returned.


Our Sale policy does not affect the separate legal right of withdrawal or cancellation, which is available only under some circumstances to Indian consumers.


Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?


No, it is not possible for us to deliver to PO Box addresses.
